About Jacksonville Athletic Academy Football Program

Located In Fleming Island, Florida, Jacksonville Athletic Academy (JAA) is an independent junior college (JUCO) sports program.

Jacksonville Athletic Academy (JAA) offers high school graduates a continued opportunity to play college football. The JAA Football program provides a unique opportunity for students to further their education while getting game experience to qualify for a D1 or D2 colleges.

JAA JUCO provides valuable life lessons for student-athletes such as good sportsmanship, teamwork, loyalty, leadership, discipline, grit, and perseverance, which often translate into becoming a better student and community leader.

JAA provides a disciplined football program that allows athletes who want to develop their on-the-field skills to get next level film and gain experience from coaches who played in the NFL, Canadian Football League, and at Division 1 NCAA Levels. Playing with JAA after high school will constitute a season of eligibility. Student athletics playing at JAA will qualify for at least 3 years NCAA eligibility at a D1 or D2 college or university program.

JAA Football program allows athletes to develop and mature on the field and off.

JAA cannot guarantee any players’ offer to a D1 or D2 college. Our goal is to help educate student athletes about their requirements and responsibilities both on the field and in the classroom that can help catapult them in their pursuit to play college level football.

JAA uses Hudl (www.hudl.com) for the creation of highlight tapes, film breakdown, film study, and recruiting. Active players have access to their Hudl accounts so they can create their own highlights and have a presentable professional reel for college coaches. Additionally, our players will have the benefit of relationships and connections JAA’s coaching staff have had for over 12 years. Our coaching staff works tirelessly to expose student athletes. In JAA’s first-year program: Bethune Cookman University, Northeastern State University, Georgia State University, Southeastern University and LaGrange College have all inquired about athletes in our program.
